1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 588wi platform — whether through the website at 588wi.app, the mobile app or any other channel provided by 588wi — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These terms apply to all aspects of the 588wi platform including but not limited to account registration, deposits and withdrawals in PKR, sports betting (including Cricket and PSL markets), casino games, live casino, the VIP programme and all promotions and bonuses offered by 588wi.

If you are not able to agree to these terms — for example, because you do not meet the age or eligibility requirements — you must not register an account or use the platform.

2 Eligibility

To register and play on 588wi, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The 588wi platform is strictly for adults. Anyone found to be under 18 will have their account immediately closed and any funds returned subject to verification.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on 588wi. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed and any balances held pending investigation.

When registering, you must:

• Provide your real full name, a valid email address and accurate contact information.
• Keep your login credentials private. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out under your account, whether by you or by anyone else who accesses your account with your credentials.
• Notify 588wi immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

588wi may at any time request identity verification documents — including a copy of your CNIC — before processing withdrawals or in response to unusual account activity. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.

Accounts registered with false information are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits and account balances on 588wi are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer and card (Visa/Mastercard). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Deposits made to your 588wi account are for use on the platform only. 588wi is not a banking service and does not pay interest on player balances.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• If a deposit is received from a source that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder, 588wi reserves the right to hold or return the funds and restrict the account.
• In the event of a failed or disputed transaction, contact support with your transaction reference. 588wi will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from 588wi are processed in PKR to the account holder's verified payment method. Available withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and card, subject to the method used for deposit where applicable.

• Only your real-money withdrawable balance — as shown in your account — can be withdrawn. Bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements are not withdrawable until requirements are met.
• Withdrawal requests may require identity verification before processing, particularly for first withdrawals or high-value requests. CNIC verification may be requested.
• Processing times vary by method. Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are typically processed within hours during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

588wi offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general bonus rules apply to all 588wi promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and eligible games are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Single account per promotion: Each promotion is available once per player, per household and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times — including through multiple accounts — is considered bonus abuse and will result in all related funds being voided.
• Time limits: Bonuses must be used within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots, live casino and table games may contribute at different rates as specified in individual promotion terms.
• 588wi reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In cases where a promotion has been claimed in error or through a technical fault, 588wi may reverse the bonus award.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The 588wi sportsbook covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and domestic Pakistan cricket), Football, Esports and other sports as available. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on 588wi:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled after placement unless 588wi determines that a bet was accepted in error due to a technical fault or palpable pricing error.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or voided, 588wi's individual market settlement rules will apply. Generally, bets on postponed events are held open for up to 24 hours and voided if the event does not resume.
• Live in-play bets are placed in real time. Any bets placed after the actual outcome of an event — due to a delay in odds feed or transmission — may be voided at 588wi's discretion.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at bet placement. 588wi reserves the right to apply individual player limits without prior notice.
• Parlays and accumulators are subject to a maximum payout cap as displayed at the time of placing the bet.

For Cricket specifically, rain interruptions, DLS method application and match result changes by the relevant cricket board will be followed in determining settlement. T20 matches abandoned before a minimum number of overs are typically voided.

8 Casino and Live Casino

The 588wi casino and live casino sections are provided by third-party game studios. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for digital casino games and by live physical game mechanics for live casino titles streamed from professional studios.

• All casino bets are final once the game round is complete. Malfunction or disconnection during a game round will be handled in accordance with the individual game provider's rules, which take precedence in the event of a dispute.
• Maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within each game interface. Players who consistently bet at table maximums may have individual limits applied.
• Live casino game availability depends on studio operating hours. Some tables may not be available at all times.

9 Fair Play

All 588wi players are expected to engage with the platform honestly and in good faith. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances pending investigation:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or any tool designed to give an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting.
• Collusion between players in poker or any table game where player interaction affects outcome.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities to gain credits or winnings outside of normal game mechanics. Any winnings obtained through a verified technical error will be voided.
• Arbitrage betting strategies or matched betting using 588wi promotional funds with the intent to extract guaranteed profit rather than genuine play.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity. 588wi will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

588wi reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Grounds for account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment credentials or identity documents.
• Creation of multiple accounts by the same person.
• Threatening, abusive or harassing behaviour directed at 588wi staff or other players.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. 588wi will communicate the reason for account closure and the outcome of any balance investigation to the account holder where legally permissible.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting 588wi support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed promptly and any verified withdrawable balance returned to the player's payment method.

11 Responsible Gaming

588wi is a platform for adult entertainment. Gambling involves real money and carries inherent financial risk. 588wi strongly encourages all players to:

• 588wi is not liable for any loss of winnings claimed to have arisen from a technical error unless the error can be verified in platform logs and is attributable to 588wi's own systems.
• Players are responsible for their own internet connection, device and access security. 588wi accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access due to a player's failure to keep credentials secure.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability in cases of gross negligence or fraud by 588wi.

14 Changes to Terms and Conditions

588wi reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified via the platform or by email to the registered address on the account.

Continued use of the 588wi platform following notification of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.
